This course builds on the material in Finance 401. The topics cover various aspects of corporate decision making, including capital budgeting and cost of capital, leasing, capital structure, dividend policy, raising capital, and mergers and acquisitions, with the fundamental concept of value maximization being emphasized throughout.

Due to Covid 19- the grade distribution has changed for this course. 30% Midterm, 15% in class quizzes, 25% Weekly Mylab and 30% Final exam.
